We are seeking a Licensed Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges while working within a collaborative healthcare environment.

In this role, you will provide outpatient therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and partner with medical providers and care teams to support the behavioral health needs of our patients.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing counseling services, ensuring client access and acclimation to mental health services, providing crisis stabilization to N.E.W Community Clinic patients, and documentation/psycho-social screening support to N.E.W providers in accordance with policies and procedures of N.E.W & DHS 35 and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. What You Will Do In this role, you will: Provide outpatient counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and families Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain an active therapy caseload and facilitate therapeutic groups as needed Collaborate with medical providers and interdisciplinary teams within an integrated care setting Support patients in accessing community resources and additional services Provide crisis intervention and stabilization when needed Document services and treatment plans in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work Wisconsin licensure as LCSW or LPC Experience providing psychotherapy and psychosocial assessments Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment Commitment to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations Trauma-informed care experience preferred (EMDR, Brainspotting, or similar approaches a plus) Spanish language skills a plus Why Join N.E.W. Requirements
