Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you’ll empower patients to achieve independence in daily life by improving their ability to perform essential tasks through personalized, evidence-based interventions. You’ll use creativity, compassion, and clinical expertise to restore function and quality of life. Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and environmental barriers to function Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity strength/mobility, cognition, and adaptive skills Provide hands-on therapy interventions to restore independence and promote safety Recommend and train on assistive devices, adaptive techniques, and environmental modifications Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support whole-person care Educate patients and caregivers on techniques for long-term success at home and in the community Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress, and discharge plans accurately and in a timely manner This role is perfect for someone who: Is passionate about helping others regain function and independence Enjoys working in a team that values support, innovation, and clinical excellence Brings compassion, creativity, and problem-solving to each patient interaction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state license (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills A patient-first mindset with a drive to make meaningful, lasting change New grads welcome! Requirements
