We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our growing team. This opportunity has opened due to a physician transition, and we are looking for a dedicated provider who shares our mission of improving lives through compassionate, evidence-based care. On-site labs, EKG, and echocardiogram Supported by a robust care team including nurses, MAs, case managers, social workers, and community outreach specialists Continuous professional training in value-based care
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Experience in Value-Based Care is a HIGLY PREFERRED Active or eligible Mississippi medical license
