Market context

Tennessee lab assistant roles stay competitive

In Tennessee, lab assistant openings are often tied to steady patient-care and diagnostic needs, so candidates with hands-on clinical support experience can stand out. This role is competitive because employers may prefer accredited phlebotomy training, one year of experience, and CPT certification, while also requiring a high school diploma and BLS within 30 days of hire. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification timeline before applying.
