About the role

Provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and monitor the health status of clients in a substance use and behavioral health treatment setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and maintain compliant clinical documentation.

Our dedicated team works together to create a safe, supportive, and healing environment where individuals can begin and sustain their recovery journey.

Position Summary

As a vital member of our medical team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients throughout their treatment and recovery journey.

Schedule: Part-time, (3) 12-hour shifts a week, competitive pay and shift differential

Essential Functions Provide direct nursing care to clients receiving substance use and behavioral health treatment.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.

Monitor and document client health status, withdrawal symptoms, and treatment progress.

Respond appropriately to medical concerns, emergencies, and changes in client condition.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, counselors, and support staff to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Support client education regarding medications, treatment plans, wellness, and recovery.

Promote a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused treatment environment.

Qualifications

Current Ohio LPN license in good standing. Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or crisis situations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to client-centered care and recovery principles. Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, detoxification, or residential healthcare preferred, but not required.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform CPR. Ability to perform job responsibilities in a facility with multiple levels and without elevator or mechanical transportation. EOE/DFWP

Requirements

Must hold a current Ohio LPN license in good standing with strong clinical assessment and communication skills. Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or residential healthcare is preferred.
