Perform basic laboratory procedures under the supervision of Medical Laboratory Technologists (MT) and Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT).
Responsible for the collection of specimens such as blood and urine, performing CLIA waived testing and reporting of results.
Laboratory Assistants may be required to travel to other sites off campus to provide phlebotomy services.
The age range of patients range from newborn to geriatric.
Phlebotomy experience preferred.
