• For: ♦ As a condition of employment, nurses must meet Primary State of Residence (PSOR) and Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) requirements. Nurses must maintain an active nursing license in their Primary State of Residence. Nurses whose Primary State of Residence is South Carolina must hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver's license or state-issued ID with a South Carolina address.
