Conduct substance use and mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based addiction and behavioral health services within your licensed scope of practice.
Partner with medical and behavioral health teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
Manage referrals, continuity of care, and case management across multiple care settings.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.
Participate in outreach, training, and continuous improvement activities to support patient and community needs.
What You Bring Associate's of Art or Applied Science degree in alcohol and drug studies or substance abuse from an accredited college or university (Master's degree in alcohol drug studies preferred) Licensed in Montana as an addiction counselor Certified Prime for Life instructor within 90 days of hire BLS Certification upon hire Valid Driver's license Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
