Market context
Outpatient physical therapists are commonly needed in California as clinics manage steady rehabilitation caseloads and coordinate care with physicians and other medical staff. These roles can be competitive because employers often prefer candidates with outpatient experience and an active State Board license, while benefits such as tuition assistance, healthcare insurance, and signing or retention bonuses may vary by employer.
