Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an integrated outpatient pediatric behavioral health program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

• Position overview
• Join an integrated outpatient pediatric behavioral health program serving children and adolescents through age 18
• Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and individualized treatment planning
• Collaborate with pediatric providers and an experienced multidisciplinary care team
• Manage a sustainable patient schedule averaging up to 10 patients per day
• Mission-driven organization committed to improving access to pediatric mental health services

COMPENSATION • Base Salary

• $68,224-$81,868
• HRSA Student Loan Repayment Eligible
• PSLF Eligible Employer

SCHEDULE • Monday-Friday

• 8:00
• AM-5:00 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No Holidays
• No On-Call Responsibilities

• ROLE
• Provide behavioral health assessments and psychotherapy for children and adolescents
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with pediatric providers and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in an integrated multidisciplinary care team

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC License REQUIRED
• Experience Providing Behavioral Health Services To Children And Adolescents Preferred
• Strong Assessment, Counseling, And Treatment Planning Skills REQUIRED
• Commitment To Patient-Centered, Team-Based Care REQUIRED
