As a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical assistance during emergencies, working alongside experienced healthcare professionals. Provide high-quality emergency medical care to patients Assess and manage patients experiencing acute medical conditions Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals Perform necessary diagnostic procedures and treatments Adhere to medical policies and protocols to ensure patient safety Document patient interactions and medical histories accurately Provide instruction and guidance to support staff as needed Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board certification in Emergency Medicine preferred State medical licensure in Kentucky Experience working in emergency settings Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
Schedule: 12-hour shifts
