Provide comprehensive and continuous medical care to patients of all ages Conduct thorough patient examinations and evaluations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Develop and manage treatment plans for patients Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Educate patients on health management and preventative care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in quality improvement initiatives
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Active medical license in the state of Ohio 1-3 years of clinical experience in family medicine or primary care Strong clinical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
No nights or call
Setting: Outpatient
Daily Volume: 9-12 patients
Primary care services, treat acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, medication management, and care coordination
Interdisciplinary care team model
Support Staff: RN, LPN, and administrative staff
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Will accept any state license
ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
