Central City Concern's Puentes program is seeking a bilingual Community Outreach Worker who is passionate about serving the Latino/a/x community through culturally responsive outreach, engagement, advocacy, and connection to behavioral health services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the community, enjoys building relationships, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals experiencing behavioral health challenges, housing instability, and barriers to care.
Puentes provides culturally specific mental health and recovery services designed to meet the unique needs of Portland's Latino/a/x community. As a Community Outreach Worker, you will serve as a trusted resource, helping individuals connect to care, navigate services, and achieve their recovery and wellness goals.

Location: Puentes (215 SE 102nd Ave, Portland, OR 97216)
$23.86-$31.67/hr.
*Final comp will be determined based on relevant experience, education, credentials/licensure, and internal equity. External candidates: Offer max is $27.69/hr. per our Union contract.
