Administer prescribed medications to residents accurately and in accordance with state regulations and facility policies Document medication administration and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff Monitor residents for medication side effects, adverse reactions, and overall well-being Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper storage and handling of medications Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide compassionate resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care team members Adhere to all infection control, safety, and compliance standards
