Administer prescribed medications to residents accurately and in accordance with state regulations and facility policies Document medication administration and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff Monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects and escalate concerns promptly Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care as needed Maintain accurate medication records and ensure proper medication storage and handling Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary care team members Follow all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols within the facility
