About the role

The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions for patients. They will guide patients through exercises and functional training while educating families on care plans.

Burger Rehabilitation Systems, Inc. has provided therapy services since 1978.

We currently seek an exceptional State Board Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in a Hospital/SNF setting in Oakdale, California. The position has the opportunity to cover all settings - SNF/TCU/Acute!

This position is available immediately and we are ready to welcome you to our team!!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
  • Aid and direct patients in active and passive exercises, muscle re-education, activities of daily living, prosthetic training, gait and functional training
  • Educate patient and family on proper care plans
  • Communicate with team members to ensure quality care is being provided

Requirements

Candidates must be a State Board Licensed Physical Therapist. The role requires the ability to work across SNF, TCU, and Acute settings.
