Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and implement treatment goals to improve patient independence in daily living. Supervise COTAs and collaborate with care teams and nursing staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Experience in long-term care preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs Knowledge of OT interventions and rehab techniques. Communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational ability. Physical & Environmental Requirements Lift up to 100 lbs with assistance. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching.
