Provides occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT to help patients regain independence in daily living. Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, instructing patients on adaptive equipment, and documenting progress.

Qualifications Associate’s Degree from accredited OTA program. Current state license. Experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs Knowledge of OT activities.
