About the role

Youth therapist (Part-Time)

Looking for a rewarding role that fits your life? We are hiring a part-time Youth Therapist to provide trauma-informed care to children and adolescents throughout the region. Designed with flexibility in mind, this position allows you to set your own pace with options for day and/or evening hours. This position is an excellent opportunity for a professional seeking a secondary source of income or anyone looking for a meaningful, part-time role that accommodates a busy schedule.

Minimum requirements

Master’s degree in social work or counseling.

North Dakota license - LMSW or LAPC required; LCSW or LPCC preferred.

COMPENSATION Up to $37.04 per hour for LMSW or LAPC/LPC. Up to $45.57 per hour for Clinical license (LCSW or LPCC). This is a non-benefited, non-exempt position.

What you'll do

Deliver individual therapy to youth (under age 18) impacted by domestic violence, sexual abuse, stalking, bullying, and related trauma.

Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.

Provide support and resources to caregivers and collaborate with partner agencies to ensure youth and families have access to the help they may need.

Maintain accurate records and assist with billing and insurance processes.
