Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care within multiple healthcare facilities in order to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health.
This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in various clinical settings, including primary care, specialty clinics, and urgent care.
The Float Clinical Assistant will be assigned to different units based on workload, patient acuity, and staffing needs.
Will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.
Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.
Hours: Monday-Friday with varying start times between Weekend availability
