The Sonographer is responsible for performing various diagnostic examinations while communicating effectively with patients to obtain clinical history and informed consent. They must recognize emergent clinical problems and assist physicians using standard department protocols and sterile techniques.

Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.

Certification: Basic Life Support Upon Start; ARRT, ARDMS, RDMS or RVT certification as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer or must be registry eligible and obtain certification within 18 months from date of hire
Experience: Recent experience in a hospital/healthcare environment as a sonographer or sonography student.
