High-school diploma or equivalent preferred One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in English Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems Possess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Ability to be flexible with hours'/shift schedules and assignments
