Work collaboratively with 3 Family Medicine Physicians, 4 Family Medicine Advanced Practice Clinicians, and 1 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in a beautiful, new facility that is connected to the new and easily accessible Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
