About the Role

Complete Primary Care is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Danvers, Massachusetts. Reporting to the Physician Owner, the Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care while working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff. This role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness services, and building long-term relationships with patients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with Massachusetts regulations and practice protocols Perform preventive health screenings, annual wellness visits, and routine follow-up care Educate patients regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in Athena Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Coordinate patient care with physicians, specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers Review and respond to patient portal messages, prescription refill requests, and follow-up communications Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards Participate in shared on-call coverage for urgent patient needs, supported by the practice's after-hours answering service Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care and an exceptional patient experience Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner license required Graduate from a Nursing/Nurse Practitioner Program Minimum of 2 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills Experience providing primary care in an outpatient setting preferred Experience with Athena EMR or other electronic medical record systems preferred Knowledge of evidence-based primary care practices and preventive medicine Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with patients Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and clinical staff Compensation & Benefits: Annual Salary: $130,000, based on experience and qualifications Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Supportive, collaborative, and patient focused work environment Complete Primary Care is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and a current Massachusetts license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in primary, family, or internal medicine is preferred.
