Market context
Phlebotomist roles in Louisiana are often tied to steady patient testing needs across hospitals, clinics, and labs, so employers usually look for candidates who can work accurately and calmly with diverse patients. This role is competitive because the required mix of phlebotomy training or experience, current American Heart Association BLS certification, and strong specimen-handling skills can narrow the applicant pool.
