Job requirements
Current licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing in the State of Ohio.
Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree of equivalent.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS provider certifications
Rotating 2nd and 3rd shift coverage.
Candidates must hold a PharmD or an equivalent Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of pharmacy. Current licensure in the State of Ohio and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.
