WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CLINICAL SPECIALIST – PACT In this role, you'll be part of a highly collaborative PACT team, participating in daily meetings, case discussions, and treatment planning.

You'll provide both individual and group counseling using evidence‑based practices, conduct emergency mental health assessments, and coordinate closely with medical staff regarding client medication needs.

You'll also play a key role in supporting families and natural support systems, helping them understand and engage in the treatment process.

Ongoing assessment, coordination with community partners, and assisting with transportation needs will help clients move toward greater independence.

You'll also participate in the team's on‑call rotation and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts.

Are you the right fit?

To succeed in this position, you'll need: A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or another human services field At least two years of post‑bachelor's experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness Strong knowledge of community resources and support agencies A valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five‑year driving record Spanish-speaking ability strongly preferred A flexible schedule and a commitment to meeting client needs with empathy and professionalism Your ability to connect with clients, think critically, and respond compassionately will be central to your success.
