EKG Technician (CCT) ECG / EKG | Holter | Telemetry | Ambulatory Monitoring Location: Bowie, MD (Hybrid Position) Schedule: Sunday – Friday | Schedule and hours TBD with employee

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Cardiovascular Technician (CCT) to join our Cardiac Monitoring Center in Bowie, Maryland. This role is responsible for reviewing and interpreting ambulatory ECG/EKG recordings, identifying cardiac arrhythmias, and preparing reports that support physicians in diagnosing cardiac conditions. This position works in a private office environment and offers access to on-site amenities including a gym, showers, dining options, free parking, and convenient public transportation access. If you have strong rhythm interpretation skills and enjoy working in a clinical monitoring environment, this is an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in cardiac telemetry, Holter monitoring, and ECG interpretation. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze ambulatory ECG/EKG data transmissions Identify and document cardiac arrhythmias and rhythm abnormalities Prepare and compose arrhythmia reports for physicians using proprietary monitoring software Ensure accuracy and quality of Holter and ambulatory monitoring interpretations Maintain professional clinical documentation and reporting standards Assist with maintaining clinical certifications as required Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications Certified Cardiovascular Technician (CCT) credential from CCI required, or ability to gain in the first 90 days Ability to interpret ECG/EKG rhythm strips independently Successful completion of a basic ECG course Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience Ability to pass a rhythm interpretation test Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Basic computer and typing proficiency Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Docs Preferred Clinical Background Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply: ECG / EKG interpretation Telemetry monitoring Holter monitoring Ambulatory cardiac monitoring Cardiac monitor technician roles Clinical cardiac rhythm analysis Work Environment & Perks Private office environment in Bowie, MD Sunday–Friday daytime schedule Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Career advancement opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Stable full time employment with a growing healthcare organization Pay range: $27-$32/hr DOE On-site gym and showers Dining options Free parking Nearby public transportation Candidate Traits Successful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong integrity and professionalism Detail orientation and accuracy Ability to work in a structured, methodical environment Self-motivation and strong sense of urgency Excellent problem-solving abilities Equal Opportunity & Compliance Statements · STATEMENT OF POLICY: Pivotal Health is an equal opportunity employer.
