Assist elderly clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Monitor and record vital signs, health changes, and patient progress Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment Administer medications as directed and within scope of CNA certification Communicate effectively with supervisors and care team regarding client needs
