Provide physical therapy interventions for adult and pediatric clients according to physician orders and plans of care. Maintain accurate electronic documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes.
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) is employed by Brightstar Care Rio Grande Valley and is responsible for providing select physical therapy interventions. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care (POC) under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist (PT).
Location: Cameron County Area [Brownsville & Surrounding Area], Adult & Pediatrics [MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR AM/PM] & Evening Schedules [After School Patients]
Rate: $55 per visit
Additional Incentives: $3,000 Retention Bonus

What You Would Do
Provide the client with only the best treatment and direct patient care using sound judgment and critical thinking.
Working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive client care outcomes.
Assist in providing a safe environment for client.
Provide accurate, detailed and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the therapy process.
