The Radiology Tech operates all radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, portable equipment to include Operating room, portable, C-Arm, and O-Arm procedures to obtain optimal radiographs of designated portions of the body to aid in diagnosis of disease. Direct responsibility for adult, pediatric, and neonatal care until patient is returned to patient room or until outpatient is discharged. Participates in the daily routine of Diagnostic Radiology procedures and including “On-Call”.

Requires graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program and licensure from the State of Florida DOH. Must be ARRT (R) registered and hold American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification.
