The Residential Counselor supports group home residents with daily living activities and personal care goals. They are responsible for delivering high-quality care according to Individual Rehabilitation Plans and documenting services in electronic health records.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. This role requires driving as an essential function. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be subject to post-offer verification of driving eligibility consistent with company insurance requirements.
