The Medical Assistant (MA) supports the medical practice providers and nurses in providing medical or technical procedures and assists with patient flow and care. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a Medical Assistant certificate approved by the Medical Board of California. A current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and 3 months of medical field experience are required.
