Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dentist for Family Health Care in Cadillac, Michigan.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient dental care for patients of all ages.
Perform restorative dentistry, extractions, dentures, crown and bridge procedures, endodontic treatment, and preventive dental services.
Maintain continuity of care through an assigned patient panel.
Collaborate with experienced dentists, dedicated dental assistants, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Utilize on-site medical and pharmacy services to support coordinated patient care.
Practice in a mission-driven community health organization serving Northern Michigan for more than 50 years.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $145,000-$165,000.
Productivity bonus of $5 per billable patient visit above 1.7 patients per hour.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). Current Michigan Dentist License or ability to obtain. Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services. Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Commitment to providing relationship-based patient care. New graduates and experienced Dentists are encouraged to apply.
