Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Family Health Care in Cadillac, Michigan.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Coordinate specialty referrals and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with experienced Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, RN Case Managers, Behavioral Health Therapists, and Clinical Pharmacists.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.
Receive dedicated administrative time to support documentation and patient care.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Graduate of an accredited medical school. Current Michigan Medical License or ability to obtain. Michigan Controlled Substance License. Current DEA Registration. Board Certified in Family Medicine. Ability to independently manage comprehensive outpatient primary care. Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
