Market context

Tennessee primary therapist roles stay competitive

In Tennessee, primary therapist openings are typically driven by ongoing demand for clinicians with addictions and mental health experience, especially in settings that rely on structured counseling interventions. These roles are competitive because employers often look for a master’s degree, CBT and DBT proficiency, and strong communication skills, while benefits such as medical, dental, vision, holiday pay, and an Employee Assistance Program can help distinguish offers. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then tailor your application to highlight relevant treatment experience and intervention methods.
