One Love Agency is seeking compassionate, motivated, and relationship-focused Peer Support Specialist (PSS) to support adults transitioning from incarceration back into their communities.
Our Reintegration Program serves justice-involved individuals who are working to rebuild their lives through stable housing, employment, behavioral health treatment, recovery supports, healthy relationships, and community connection. We help clients overcome barriers, develop life skills, access resources, and build a foundation for long-term success.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, empowering others, and making a direct impact in the lives of individuals working toward stability, independence, and positive community reintegration.

Must be a Certified Peer Support Specialist in Idaho with a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working with justice-involved populations and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation are required.
