One Love Agency is seeking compassionate, motivated, and relationship-focused Case Managers (CM) and Community-Based Rehabilitative Specialists (CBRS) to support adults transitioning from incarceration back into their communities.
Our Reintegration Program serves justice-involved individuals who are working to rebuild their lives through stable housing, employment, behavioral health treatment, recovery supports, healthy relationships, and community connection. We help clients overcome barriers, develop life skills, access resources, and build a foundation for long-term success.

A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel throughout the service area.
