The RN ensures residents receive the highest level of quality care while maintaining dignity, safety, and respect at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

Demonstrates commitment to the organization's mission, values, and ethical standards Assesses, monitors, and documents residents' clinical conditions and changes in status Provides professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Participates in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings Initiates emergency interventions when necessary Coordinates resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, including required documentation Ensures accurate, timely, and complete nursing documentation in the medical record Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies Supports a collaborative and respectful team environment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado Nursing degree from an accredited college or approved RN program 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred; Skilled Nursing Facility experience strongly desired Current CPR certification Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical judgment skills Ability to manage multiple residents while maintaining quality care standards Familiarity with clinical equipment such as monitors, infusion devices, and drains COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive pay with Modified Compensation Plan Medical insurance with prescription coverage Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation time Supportive leadership and opportunities for professional growth Join us during an exciting period of positive change and help shape the future of care in our facility. Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered RN license in Colorado and a nursing degree from an accredited program. Current CPR certification is required, and 1-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility, is desired.
