The Opportunity: Lead, Collaborate, and Inspire

We are seeking strong, creative clinical professionals for our Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) program. In this role, you will lead person-centered treatment planning within a vibrant, multidisciplinary team supporting adults (ages 18+) in a community-based behavioral health setting.

  • Our integrated teams work collaboratively to provide evidence-based services that help individuals reach their personal recovery goals. You will be working alongside:
  • Licensed Clinicians & RNs
  • Housing Specialists
  • Direct Care Staff
  • Peer & Family Specialists
  • Group Living Environment Teams

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Direct
  • Clinical
  • Care: Provide direct clinical interventions with the individuals we serve.
  • Assessment &
  • Planning: Facilitate the creation, documentation, and implementation of comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and clinical services.
  • Team
  • Leadership &
  • Mentorship: Model best practices and provide vital training for the team in recovery principles, administrative requirements, and clinical interventions.

What You Bring (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Education: Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Licensure: Must be a Licensed
  • Practitioner of the
  • Healing
  • Arts (or license-eligible), including: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Licensed Rehab Counselor, Physician, Registered Nurse, Registered OT, or Psychologist.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a mental health treatment program.
  • Preferences: Demonstrated experience working with individuals with psychiatric and/or substance use histories is highly preferred.

Requirements
