Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.

Requires a degree in physical therapy (Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's) and licensure with the Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy. Experience in a medical setting and proficiency with electronic medical records are preferred.
