Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for an established orthopedic practice in Geneva, New York.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive orthopedic care in collaboration with fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies.
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing patient management.
Perform procedures including joint injections, splinting, casting, and fracture management within scope of practice.
Educate patients regarding treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
Maintain accurate documentation while working in a collaborative orthopedic practice.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base Salary: $115,000-$135,000.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Current New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license. National Certification. Current DEA registration or eligibility. BLS and ACLS certification. Orthopedic or related musculoskeletal experience preferred. Experience interpreting musculoskeletal imaging and managing fracture care preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills.
