The nurse practitioner (NP) is part of a care team working to provide quality comprehensive services to Sea Mar patients. The NP will work collaboratively with staff to provide team-based coordinated care.

The NP is evaluated on a yearly basis by staff, peers, the Medical Director; the Chief Medical Officer and the Health Center Administrator.
Employees
Supervised: The NP provides clinical supervision to the assigned staff of nurses and other paraprofessionals.
Interrelationships: The NP works closely with Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, Administrators and Executive Director to realize the programmatic goals of the organization.
Salary - Salary Plan, 132,250.00 USD Annual

Candidates must hold a Master's degree, be a certified ARNP licensed in Washington State, and possess a current DEA certificate for prescribing. BLS CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire.
