Overview We are seeking a Recovery Coach (Specialty Courts) to support individuals involved in specialty court programs by leveraging lived experience and knowledge of recovery resources.
This role focuses on engaging clients early, building trust, and supporting self-directed recovery through connection to community resources and natural supports.
This position is full-time and requires travel throughout Madison and St.
Clair Counties.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Experience in human services, recovery networks, or the criminal justice system is strongly preferred.
