General Dentist – Plover, WI Midwest Dental Practices Supported by Smile Brands Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to provide care across our established practices in Plover, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient education. Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental services. Build strong patient relationships and develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams across both locations to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintain consistent clinical standards and patient care between practices. Utilize modern technology and evidence-based dentistry to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Ability to work effectively in a multi-location environment. New Graduates Welcome! We encourage new graduates to apply. Responsibilities

  • Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
  • Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
  • Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited school Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining) Controlled Substance License (if required by the state) Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Requirements
