Massachusetts RN roles stay competitive

Registered Nurse openings in Massachusetts are often driven by ongoing hospital and clinical staffing needs, especially for candidates with acute-care experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg. This role is competitive because employers typically look for a current RN license, an ADN at minimum, and may favor a BSN plus certifications such as CNN or CDN.
