Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Union Community Care in Lebanon, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION Base Salary: $220,000-$230,000. $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Student loan repayment up to $75,000.
403(b) retirement plan with employer match.
Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive medicine and wellness.
Practice within a collaborative care model supported by Advanced Practice Providers, nursing, and administrative staff.
Work 32 clinical hours plus 8 protected administrative hours each week.
Utilize Athena EMR to support coordinated patient care.

33 days Paid Time Off plus 8 paid holidays. $2,500 CME allowance plus 40 CME hours.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure. Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient primary care. Strong communication and collaborative team-based care skills. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
