Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Center in Portage, Indiana.
COMPENSATION Base salary of $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
HRSA student loan repayment eligibility.

POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive healthcare needs.
Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care.
Practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care model.
Focus on patient care while dedicated administrative staff manage operational support.
Deliver high-quality, relationship-based care in a mission-driven community health setting.
