Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Centers in Crown Point, Indiana.
COMPENSATION Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
HRSA student loan repayment eligible.

POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Promote preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
Coordinate specialty referrals and ongoing patient care.
Practice within a collaborative, team-based primary care environment.
Utilize dedicated administrative support to maximize patient care time.
