Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for NorthShore Health Centers in Hammond, Indiana.
COMPENSATION Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000 based on experience.
HRSA student loan repayment eligible.

POSITION OVERVIEW Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Emphasize preventive medicine and long-term wellness.
Coordinate specialty referrals and continuity of care.
Practice within a collaborative, team-based outpatient environment.
Supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff, allowing greater focus on patient care.

160 hours of PTO plus 5 personal days and 10 paid holidays.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Eligible for Indiana medical licensure. Current or eligible DEA registration. Commitment to outpatient primary care. Strong communication and collaborative patient care skills.
